A parent does

50 years of public service? Forgotten. Dementia? Forgotten. A reversed decision leading to a pardon? Biden‘s legacy. And, you know what? Biden doesn’t care, because, a parent does whatever he must to save his child from suffering.

Shut them down

Regarding health department restaurant inspections, how many “C” violations are they allowed to have before the health department closes its doors? Come on now, an establishment had a “C” violation for nine consecutive years yet the health department continues to allow them to operate? Where is the care and concern for everyone’s safety? Shut them down.

Rule of law

It is the rule of law that has ensured democracy and averted dictatorships such as in Russia, China, North Korea. The fundamental applications and legal norms for the everyday citizen have been discarded and used by Republican appointed judges to delay prosecution and sentencing of the convicted. The biggest test of our 250 year old democracy is at hand.

Reconsider

In response to yesterday’s sound off calling Biden a “good Catholic.” Please do not insult the intelligence of me and other actual good Catholics. Biden has proven repeatedly he is the furthest thing from one.

Pardons

FOX News is losing their minds over Hunter Biden’s pardon, which I don’t agree with, but for some reason they have kept mum on Donald Trump’s plan to pardon hundreds of violent Jan. 6 defendants and his first-term pardon of Charles Kushner, for tax evasion and some truly smarmy crimes involving his sister, and he now gets a cushy government job.

Free speech

Alec Baldwin and Sharon Stone are entitled to their opinion, just like everyone else. Lots of people agree with their assessment of Donald Trump voters, they just don’t have the celebrity podium to speak from. I was around when Jane Fonda started protesting the Vietnam War and people were outraged. Free speech is a constitutional right, yours, mine and theirs.

Ignoring facts

So funny the MAGA cult says get over the loss when they screamed rigged election for four years. Saying Donald Trump got a landslide when he only won by 2.4 million votes. Joe Biden beat him by 7 million votes. So tired of people just making up facts. The numbers show this might be the rigged election.
