Trump’s mandate

Nothing Donald Trump has done since being elected should come as any kind of surprise. He was overwhelmingly elected and has a clear mandate from the voters. Deal with it.

Loans

A question for Democratic leaders: Now that the election’s over, do you think maybe the 75% of Americans who don’t have a college education might resent being asked to pay loans off for those who did?

Real agenda

Since Donald Trump did not reveal his platform during campaigning, he is sending clear messages now. Elon Musk is in charge of government efficiency. When he acquired X, formerly Twitter, he laid off 80% of its staff. He know wants to do the same for government workers. He’s also pushing clean energy and hi Space X projects. How will this affect you. Well, it depends on where you work.

4B movement

The South Korean women’s movement known as the 4B movement reminds of the play Lysistrata by Aristophanes. It was intended as a comedy but actually the ladies were successful in motivating the men to stop their behaviors. Read it, you’ll like it.

Deregulation

The post concerning climate change was correct, but wait til you see the damage caused by Donald Trump’s insistence on deregulation. Yes, businesses will profit from it, but workers won’t. Instead of having to pay for things like proper disposal of toxic waste, industry will just dump it in the nearest river. Just look at what happened with the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, when they were allowed to police themselves. This is one more way Donald Trump is bad for America.

Die or deliver

In nine states abortion is forbidden even in the case of rape. How tragic. How wrong.

A new era

Thanks to former/future president Donald Trump we are in a new political era. Electability is all about policies. Character and morality no longer matter.

Path to destruction

Donald Trump has nominated Matt Gaetz for Attorney General because he knows he can totally control him. He’s creating a Justice Department that will protect him, and not laws.

Trump’s mic

I know Fox News did not show the clip of Donald Trump imitating a sexual act with his microphone at one of his rallies recently. You might want to look at it. If you did see it, how did you explain to your kids or grandkids sitting next you why you voted for this man to be our moral leader? Explain to me, please.

Pay up

If Donald Trump’s campaign spent “only” $950 million, then he should have no problem paying his past due bills from venues all over the country. Besides all his other character flaws, he is also a deadbeat.

Hollywood candidate

Maybe if Vice President Harris had spent more time figuring out what Americans want and less time giving celebrities millions of dollars, she’d have had a chance against Donald Trump.

We don’t want it

The American people had four years of Democratic leadership and clearly decided four years was more than enough.
