Even Kamala Harris’ farewell speech was divisive and just plain sour grapes. Go away, please just go away.

Rigged election

This election was obviously rigged, as Donald Trump has been saying all along. I didn’t believe it until now.

Time for change

Roughly 100 days ago, I wrote that Donald Trump would mop the floor with Vice President Harris. Sure enough it happened. As a nation of all working folks we can only take so much. Time for change.

Trump haters

To you Donald Trump haters out there, it’s time to leave the man alone so he can do his job. If all he is doing is defending himself against false claims like Russia collusion, impeachment and any other things Democrats cans think of, it affects us all in a negative way. So just stop.

His economy now

Come January, we’ll see how long it takes Donald Trump to crash the world’s strongest economy and bring the 2.1 inflation rate back up to post-pandemic levels. If billionaire tax cuts and mass deportations don’t do it, surely the tariffs will.

Democracy

Democracy is safe and sound the day after Election Day. The majority spoke and elected a president. You won’t hear Democrats whining about stealing, rigging or crooked poll workers and voting machines for the next four years like you would if Trump lost. The question is whether democracy is safe and sound after his inauguration in January. I have the feeling there is going to be a lot of “I told you so” in the sound offs during Trump’s next term.

David Elliot’s greener pastures turned out to be a move to WXXV-TV, which has lower ratings than WLOX and a roster of newscasters and weather forecasters which mostly look to be teenagers. The cast rapidly changes every couple of months, which is the reason I can’t watch it. They have almost no on air personalities who stick it out long enough to get to know. Good luck Dave in your new role, I won’t see ya.
