Thanks

Thanks to everyone across the Coast who worked to clean up after Francine.

Great debate

A great debate would be hosted by PBS with Greg Gutfeld and Morning Joe as moderators. I don’t think that the media or Vice President Harris would dare agree to this.

New data

Inflation continues to slow and is at a three-year low, data from August shows. A gallon of gasoline has gotten 12 percent cheaper over the past year. This is probably all President Biden’s fault.

Close race

Even with all the off-the-wall remarks Donald Trump makes, even with the media slamming him every chance they get, even with Vice President Harris promising free gifts for everyone, the race is still close. Shows you how popular she is.

Polls

I don’t put much faith in polls. The sample size is too small, and they can be skewed for a favorable outcome. For example, a Republican “news” source poll says Donald Trump won the debate, 93% to 7%. Imagine being so self-obsessed that you actually believe it. Fake news indeed.

Great defense

“I saw it on TV.” That was Donald Trump’s support for his inane “They’re eating the pets” rant during the most recent debate. That’s where the old fella gets all his information from.

More pets

For anyone curious, the mayor of Springfield, Ohio, and the governor the of the state (a Republican) have each come out and said there is nothnig to the idea of Haitians eating cats and dogs.
