Afghanistan

Donald Trump is hammering President Biden and Vice President Harris because of their “disastrous” pullout from Afghanistan. Was the pullout tragic? Yes, but what would have been more tragic would have been staying four more years, as President Trump did. Many more American troops would have died unnecessarily. So I say, “Thank you President Biden and Vice President Harris for having the wisdom and courage to get us out when you did.”

Abortion

I may be wrong, but I have often thought that the abortion issue is a mostly an individual decision and not up to government to mandate your decision. Leaving it up to the states is reasonable. Each state can decide regardless of your individual feelings. You, intelligently, can chose cheap preventive contraceptives or seek areas that allow abortions on demand. Believe me, there will always be an avenue to end your pregnancy. Just don’t expect the government to pay from taxpayers money.

The economy

Donald Trump criticized Vice President Harris for her economic plan by saying if she meant it she would have started it three and a half years ago. Right. Did you give Vice President Pence a free hand to run your economic policy? Would you let Sen. Vance do it? Of course not. Get real.

A terrible idea

Vice President Harris’ plan to tax unrealized gains is playbook government control over individuals pocketbook, not just corporations. It’s transferring money to the central government to give to others in various forms that didn’t earn it. Put simply it’s like you have a baseball card collection you acquired over time. Its cost you a total of $100 but over a period of time its value has doubled. if you sold it you would receive $200 and realize a 100% gain. If you hold on to it, you have an unrealized gain of 100%. Kamala wants to tax, synonymous with take, 25% of that unrealized gain now. You don’t actually have it but they want to tax it as if you do. Bad for individuals and corporations. Bad for the free market economy, capitalism and the individual vs the government. Marxists detest capitalism.

Clueless?

The previous administration claimed millions of illegal immigrants and massive amounts of drugs were passing through the southern border every day of its weird reign of terror on immigrant children, never effectively curbing the illegal immigrant and drug crossings or Donald Trump’s brutal exploitation of defenseless children. The Biden administration has daily documented proof of record seizures of illegal immigrants and drugs.

Back to the border

Donald Trump recently went to the Arizona border to whine about the immigration crisis after singlehandedly killing the best bipartisan bill in years that would have started to solve the problem. The only reason was to keep his best talking point against President Biden alive.

Not so strong

After the horrible assassination attempt on Donald Trump, his oldest son beamed with pride and said his father was the strongest man he had ever known. Here’s why that can’t possibly be true: He has the most easily bruised ego and the thinnest skin in the history of politics.
