Apparently, just a few short months ago, all the Democratic primary voters got it wrong. But, not to worry. The Democratic shot callers picked the right candidate for all of us that hopefully will poll better.

A new day

Liberals like living in the past, but only when it is convenient. Why not live in the past for one more day. Take the case of William Bruce Mumford, who was hanged by Union forces in 1862. His crime? Removing, not burning, the American flag from a public building. Now, compare the hate group in Washington D.C.’s actions to the forgotten William Mumford. One hundred-sixty years ago you could be executed for even touching the U.S. flag. Nowadays, the liberals, the Social Democrats and the media simply look the other way. It would be convenient in an election year to hold anyone accountable for destructive behavior. Especially in the cesspool of Washington D.C.

More on masks

The writer of the recent “Masks” Sound Off said that the coronavirus is microscopic enough to pass through 99.9% of most masks, implying that masks do not protect against infection. This shows a misunderstanding of the purpose of masking. The mask protects against droplets expelled when an infected person coughs. The droplets contain the virus particles, which remain in the mask, thus protecting the wearer from getting infected. That’s why it’s important to change a mask frequently.

DEI

Black people who work hard, earn a degree, and get elected is because of affirmative action? That’s a poor excuse for white people not using their privileges to be successful.

The new candidate

Democrats and the legacy media are falling over themselves fawning over Kamala Harris, the most progressive politician in our lifetime. Straight out of San Francisco.

Actually ...

The Secret Service director resigned under pressure, she was not “thrown out” as one Sound Off writer declared. The snipers did their job by neutralizing the threat. The person who did not do their job failed to recognize all the places that threat could come from. There was a total system failure with catastrophic results. I suspect more heads will roll over this, but the one to be held accountable is the person in charge

It’s about babies

Conservatives don’t particularly care what women do with their bodies: cosmetic surgery, tattoos, etc. But we are concerned about the fate of babies, and that’s why we are anti-abortion
