What’s wrong?

For those of you who hate Vice President Kamala Harris: Why? What exactly has she done to make you hate her? She has been a typical vice president, who does her job and who mostly stays out of the limelight. There have been no problems with her since becoming vice president. I think you hate her for one or two reasons. Either you are listening to Republican talking points, or you do.not want a person of color in the White House.

The wrong one

It’s laughable that half of the country wants a president who has never had a job interview, gone grocery shopping, waited in a doctor’s office, or applied for a loan after college to start a business. Plus, from his own lips doesn’t pay taxes because he’s smart. And you want him governing the economy? First on the agenda, tax cuts for the rich.

Find the honest one

I keep reading posts about all the lies that Donald Trump says to mislead the public. May I remind your readers that all politicians lie.” So, who are you to believe? I guess, the one that lies the way you like.

Enough

Enough already on Donald Trump being the only serial liar and President Biden being so trustworthy. What about an uncle being eaten by cannibals? But, most recently, Biden’s debate comment that no military service people have died on his watch is the most outrageous. As a veteran, I feel this is despicable and far worse than ridiculous campaign promises made by most sides.

Bring him back

What exactly did President Trump’s administration do that hurt the United States citizens in his four years? We had lower gas prices, lower grocery prices and a secure border.

That was fun

Welcome to Ocean Springs where we celebrate the Fourth of July a day early and if you want a place to park you better find a place yesterday.

Reverse Racism

So, the State of Mississippi must now gerrymander, no matter how convoluted, guaranteed Black voting districts. This, so Blacks can get elected without being burdened by concerns of other races in that district. Yes, once again the NAACP has argued Blacks can’t make it without a guaranteed, government-enforced mandate to elect Blacks. Wonder how Barack Obama made it? Or Tim Scott, or all the other congressional, gubernatorial, mayoral and thousands of lesser office holders made it? Yeah, they earned it. Why must Mississippi Blacks be so coddled? Are they that fragile?
