Go Joe
The person who posted “he’s working” is right. President Biden is actually working for all of us and doing a great job at that. He’s a true American and deserves our praise. I hope he runs again in 2024, because it will be the first time in decades I will be able to vote for someone, rather than against someone.
Too much trash
I’m not sure who is in charge of the Goodwill store on Popp’s Ferry and Pass Road, but the property has been looking like a trash dump for some time. I realize that they are not the property owners, but the mess along the side of their building and the roadway does not reflect well on their business. This trash along our roads should be an embarrassment to the city of Biloxi but it doesn’t appear that’s the case.
Leaked document
Whomever at SCOTUS leaked the draft of an upcoming abortion case vote being heard by the court must be found and publicly identified. Democrats have managed in the recent past to maul and vilify Republican appointed nominees and demand expansion of the bench because of past decisions. Even now justices are being protested at their residences and dangerously harangued, putting their safety at risk. But there is no hue and cry from Democrats to discover the leaker. There can be no excuse or delay in identifying who leaked the document. It can’t be that hard.
Not buying it
To the individual that thinks supporting offshore drilling somehow means a person doesn’t care about future generations, your opinion is noted. It’s also laughable. If you or anyone else can define excessive or prove that drilling is killing the ocean’s ability to regenerate or that future food supplies will disappear because of the oil industry, there are a few flaws in your logic. Research before you write.
One solution
Tired of commercials? Stop watching so much TV. Go outside. Live your life.
My business
Tate Reeves said in an interview that he would not rule out birth control. What are you going to do about men that have had vasectomy? Is the state going to pay to have mine reversed? I have a better idea. Why don’t you crazy politicians stay out of my bedroom and business.
Political philosophy
I find it telling that the Sun Herald would publish a speculative opinion piece from Mississippi Today regarding same sex marriage on the same day that the Wall Street Journal published an opinion piece, based in fact, stating that the conservative Supreme Court Justices’ have denied any inclination toward overturning either same sex marriage or banning the legal use of contraceptives. Does this say anything about this paper’s political philosophy?
