Food at dollar stores

I see some dollar stores are having safety violations concerning the food they sell. Why would anyone buy food from there? The food is probably old and full of preservatives.

Fair share

To “Keep the state income tax,” if you think this is fair, remember all the cash businesses — including illicit drug sales — that are paying no income tax. They make plenty of income, but pay no taxes on their illegal activities. To get a fair share, you need to keep the use tax, such as gas and food.

Invasion of privacy

To “How insurance cameras work,” you must be an insurance salesman. Is no one else concerned about personal info or government overreach? You must have liability insurance and provide a private company your tag number and address. Can I please have the tag numbers, make, model and personal address for all elected officials in the state of Mississippi?

Guns easier to get than cigarettes

Everyone gets all up in arms when someone is seen with a gun. Gun advocates wanted less regulations and now guns are easier to get than cigarettes. In Alabama, they passed a law that you don’t need a permit for a concealed weapon. Mississippi will be next because we hate being out-dumbed.
