No complaints about private school

I do send my child to a private school. Which means it is not funded by the government. I also pay taxes that pay for public schools. No complaints from me.

Trash pickup

Waste Pro will only pick up vegetation debris from the roadside. Any debris such as fencing household remodeling will not be picked up We pay a lot for trash removal, and it should include everything but hazardous trash.

High property taxes

If the Mississippi Legislature reduces the car tag cost and ends the state income tax, that shortfall will be made mostly up by an increase in property taxes. Higher property taxes will reduce investment in commercial ventures and even home ownership. This would seem to be a revenue losing proposition for the state. Best keep the car tags high, for there are many more car owners than property owners.

Liability insurance

Why do I only need liability insurance to drive a car? Great idea. Who carries the liability insurance to cover my home and health? Why should I insure your vehicle? Does Gov. Tate Reeves have uninsured health coverage for all the citizens of Mississippi? Why should a poor man driving a $300 car to a job that pays nothing, pay for a man who drives a car worth more than the poor man’s annual salary?
