COVID test kits

Just received our free coronavirus at-home test kits. Checked the expiration dates and they’ll turn into pumpkins in July. Wondering if the white horses that made deals for this gig will turn back into rodents.

Vaping problems indeed

If Hancock County schools have a vaping problem, so do other districts. Officials say they need the help of parents to stop the problem. But wouldn’t that be giving the parents a voice in on-campus issues? Why are parent opinions all of a sudden important ? They don’t seem to matter when it comes to dress codes, student discipline, curriculum-content management or other pressing issues.

It’s not practical

Congratulations to the author of the Sound Off on the comparison of gas fueling stations compared to EV charging stations. In the end, fossil fuels are still needed and our electric grid is not prepared for the electricity needed to supply the EV stations. As for the writer who wants to get rid of fossil fuels and use wind and solar: You must not have flown on an airplane.

FoFo’s new vehicle

The mayor of any large city needs a presentable automobile, but doesn’t Biloxi have an acceptable source within the city limits? Also, why did only one dealer respond to the city’s request?
