Critical race theory
Thank you, Brittany Murphee. You instill hope for a better tomorrow.
Vaccinated vs. unvaccinated
The CDC and Dr. Fauci have all admitted that the vaccine will not keep someone from spreading COVID or keep them from getting COVID, only that it could lessen the severity of the illness and may keep you out of the hospital. So, please stop harassing the unvaccinated. If they chose not to get the vaccine so be it. It’s their decision and they won’t be any higher a risk to you then a vaccinated individual.
Strict gun laws
I wonder if more severe gun laws were passed to punish those who commit crimes with guns would reduce gun violence. For example, a murder conviction will result automatic life without parole. All other other gun convictions could result in 50 years without parole. Just a thought.
What would Ronald Reagan say?
The writer of “Coast Republican Furious with GOP” which appeared in Sunday’s Sun Herald asks what former president Ronald Reagan would say about the actions of the Republican National Committee in censoring Reps. Kinzinger and Cheney. The answer to that question is simple. He would say, as he announced he was a Democrat, “I did not leave the Republican Party. It left me.”
Student loan debt
Forty-three million people have student loan debt. Democrats want the government to “forgive” some or all of it. Hold on. Didn’t each one of them knowingly incur that debt for their personal educational use? Why is it the taxpayers responsibility to absolve it? Pay your student loan debt in the same way that you are obligated to pay all your other debts, whether car, phone, credit cards, mortgage or whatever.
