Unvaccinated hospital workers

It would be great if everyone got the shot, but misinformation from the very top exacerbates the issue and causes mistrust. From the president on down, a narrative is pushed suggesting that the omicron COVID variant is being spread by unvaccinated people. Vaccinated people are still getting infected and can pass it on to others, just like the unvaccinated. The entire truth about the vaccination and how the virus spreads will go a long way toward making progress.

Using my gun

I have a loaded gun in my house that I have not had to use for over 30 years. I have it for the same reason I have a fire extinguisher that has not been used in 30 years. They are both there to protect my home. Hopefully I will never need either one. Actually, I have replaced the fire extinguisher several times.

Police recruits

Under the present turbulent circumstances, how are these large cities gong to recruit new and qualified law enforcers? Look at the criminal statistics and danger. The elected officials better get control or see their cities destroyed. Law abiding citizens deserve safety.

Too much about COVID

Can we please tap down the COVID hysteria? Delta is gone and omicron might give you a runny nose and sore throat for a day or two. Running around screaming, “the sky is falling we’re all gonna die,” is not helping anyone.

Loose trash is our fault

If trash is bagged and then put in trash receptacle, it will not fly out of Waste management’s truck. Loose trash is our fault for not bagging it!
