The Chick-fil-A dining room
I love Chick-fil-A because the service is always friendly and they have great food. Unfortunately, I am done with them and their COVID restrictions. Until I can go inside and order instead of waiting in the long, slow car line, you have lost my business.
Why test again?
I hear all this talk about quarantining for five versus 10 days after a positive COVID test and discussing whether or not to ask for a negative test before returning to work or school. According to the CDC, a person can test positive for up to a month or longer and not be contagious after the first positive test. Why would it be advisable to re-test after five days, then? The reason we are running out of tests is that there are some just testing if exposed or just for peace of mind. Why not use the test for those who have symptoms and need the specific diagnose for their treatment?
It’s a turning lane
The right lane with an arrow to the right is a turning lane, not a through lane. And if you block me from turning right at a red light I’m laying on my horn.
Carbon footprint
To the reader who said our enemies are the biggest polluters in the world: China is the biggest polluter in the world, with the U.S. coming in second. Trying to control our carbon footprint is not throwing away money. It is trying to make things a little better.
