Vaccines and masks

Everyone I know who had COVID-19 in the beginning had flu like symptoms, if they had any at all. No one talked about sneezing or coughing. We all practiced social distancing and mask wearing, although all masks less than N-95 have been proven irrefutably to be useless for the wearer or those around in regards to preventing any spread of COVID. Yet after 80% of the country has been vaccinated, various entities including the government are still pushing masks for all. Vaccinated people, except for rare breakthrough cases, are no longer carriers or susceptible. That’s the point of vaccine. Why do health policies contradict the science and data about masks?

Unequal justice

Travyon Martin was an unarmed 17-year-old kid. He was killed while carrying a bag of Skittles. He was called a threat. Kyle Rittenhouse was 17 years old and armed. He shot and killed two people with an AR-15. He is called a hero.

Justice served

Can’t wait to read the indignant outcry about the justice delivered in the Kyle Rittenhouse case. Hopefully it signals the turning point in the negative direction the country has been headed.

Gas prices

In the last quarter, Exxon and Chevron each made over $6 billion in profits. In spite of that, gas prices continued to rise. So, explain to me why Biden gets criticized.

Unvaccinated in Coast hospitals

The head of Singing River Hospital says that the vaccine mandate threatens to close down his hospital. Then do the right thing, sir. Call your employees’ bluff. It won’t be easy for unvaccinated hospital workers to find another job. I, for one, would not allow unvaccinated nurses to care for me if I needed hospitalization for any reason. Get smart and get vaccinated. Omicron is on its way, and we already suffered more than 10,000 deaths in Mississippi.

Cancel culture

If people would stop apologizing for being normal human beings, cancel culture would be powerless.

Where are the birds?

I’ve been feeding the birds for years and they have always been there to eat until this fall. Something unnatural is going on if you ask me.
