Embrace the solution

A reader wrote about all the problems that the pandemic has caused, such as empty grocery shelves and supply ships sitting in harbors. The author then says in the next sentence that mandated vaccines are another problem.

If the COVID pandemic has caused these problems, why wouldn’t we embrace the solution to eliminate the pandemic? If everyone got the vaccine, the pandemic would be gone, and things could go back to normal. If you are unhappy with the results of the pandemic, then get the shot.

Refilling prescriptions

What can speed up the process of activating refill prescriptions? Many military families call to activate a prescription and have to stay on the line for an hour and more. Then on some occasions while waiting on the phone after 45 minutes, one is disconnected.

Term limits

I have been an advocate for term limits for decades. Unfortunately, we will not see them unless the Constitution is amended. Congress would have to write and vote on term limits. While they do a lot of stupid things, they are not stupid to the extent of setting limits on their terms.

What’s the issue?

Republicans have no trouble getting a polio vaccination. Why are the struggling about this one? What’s the struggle? Just get your (COVID) shot. You’re the one’s who got us into this mess in the first place. Now it’s time to be accountable and just get the vaccine. Stop making it political.

Defunding debacle

Defunding was all about reducing the numbers of police. Biden’s mandates will rid the Democrats of many of those pesky cops, doctors, nurses, firefighters and EMTs. President Biden is awfully cavalier with other people’s livelihoods for a multimillionaire career politician.

Corporate greed?

What most don’t understand or refuse to acknowledge is that shipping of goods problem and rising prices would have been the same under Donald Trump. These problems were already manifesting well before he took office. This is just plain corporate greed but yet people put all the blame on Joe Biden because he is the president.
