Not at home

Y’all weren’t home? News alert: “Coast casinos have best year ever!”As I sat here, on my own, thinking everyone was home, quarantining, alone, ’til the virus was gone, obviously I was wrong.

New layout

Went to a “concert” at Cruise Central. Had hoped to see some of the automobiles as well. Grounds layout was not the same as previous years. Previous years seating looked like a concert. There were quite a few cars, spread out around the grounds, not arranged for easy viewing as in previous years.

Takeover

I’m all for tourist coming here, but Cruisin has been allowed to take over the entire beach highway. They were allowed to squat, pitching tents and RV’s outside of campgrounds and parks. It’s worst than Mardi Gras.

Right of way

Investigators can’t say if there was any wrong doing in the death of a pedestrian? How about the driver hit the guy. Regardless if the light turned green, pedestrians always have the right of way. Apparently the driver and the police need a refresher on rules of the road.

Good morning

I will never watch “Good Morning Mississippi” again even though Ms. Gray was the best. I will miss her.

Senators

If you’re a conservative in South Mississippi, you are the majority, by a lot! But these Republican senators in D.C. are hiding under their desks and ignoring we the voters. They’ve got to go!
