Wrong focus

It seems the Sun Herald has chosen to pander to a certain demographic. There are many, many people that have come here for Cruisin’ for reasons other than politics. Yet, the staff at the Sun Herald chose to focus on, once again, trying to create news where there was none!

Just drive

The people turning Cruisin’ The Coast, an event intended to celebrate classic cars, into a Trump rally with their flags and banners are the same ones who said Colin Kapernick should “shut up and play.” They should shut up and drive.

Firing Meggan

What about those of us who are seeking to protect our family from the unvaccinated? They are the cause of the pandemic now. As a public figure, the TV anchor should have been been forced to take the shots. It’s opinions like hers that are killing people daily in Mississippi.

TV anchor

I do not agree with her decision at all. However, it is her right to choose just as it is an employer’s right to enforce rules. I trust her “integrity” will preclude her from filing for or being eligible for any type of unemployment.

Not just for her

The TV anchor who has aired, interviewed, researched information throughout the last 18 months on COVID and whose station has almost daily infectious disease professionals on-air, now has “powerful reasons” to lose refuse this life-saving vaccine. The shot is not just for her, but for all around her.

No beds

My husband has a serious infection. His doctor wanted to admit him to the hospital, but was unable because there were no beds. So please spare the rhetoric of not getting the vaccine because of personal freedom and preserving your integrity. Everything you do affects others.
