Tourism fix

You thought we had fixed our tourism problem by replacing our flag.

Amazon wins

Needed a small part, less than $10. Called four different retailers. I am yet to actually talk to a human being. Minimum drive for me would have been 5 miles. I cut my losses. Found what I needed on Amazon. Three-day, free shipping. And they wonder why online is doing so well.

Ethical Leadership

A recent Sound Off referred to Gov. Reeves as an idiot for continuing to mishandle our COVID pandemic. He is not an idiot, and that makes the situation far worse. He is an educated man who has elected to support a political cause whose aim is to change our government to an autocracy.

Cruisin’

It would be a good gesture for the powers that be with Cruisin’ The Coast to tell their participants to drive in the right lane as much as possible on major roads. A lot of locals need to get to work and to appointments and such.

Border crossing

Any other country in the world would have placed the military on the border if this many people were crossing onto their soil! Just how many will be enough?

Not crossing

Quit saying that thousands of illegals are crossing our borders. These illegals are waiting to cross; they have not. All immigrants have to be vetted before they can enter our country. It has always been this way.
