Clean beach

I don’t understand why east Pass Christian is not being cleaned after Hurricane Ida. From the Pass Christian East Harbor to Walmart the beach hasn’t been touched. You can’t walk near the water because of snakes etc. We have Cruising and Louisiana people in that area too. Please clean us!

To ‘Enlightened’

The high number of deaths in NJ and NY mostly occurred in spring 2020, before we tried to “flatten the curve” by staying home and masking up. What’s sad about Mississippi’s deaths are that they are occurring after we already know to mask and distance, and a vaccine has been available for months.

Yankees

The Sound Off is always full of anti-Mississippi gripes from our displaced yankees — go home!

Bummer

From my mother, who doesn’t use computers or smart phones: I’m 87 years old and was vaccinated back in February. I have been battling COVID for over two weeks. I feel sorry for anyone who’s not vaccinated and gets it, because this is a bummer.

Relocate

With all the dislike for Mississippi in your Sound Off… would be nice for all of you to relocate to California or New York.

Unhealthy

I agree with ‘Reeves CNN’ that Mississippi is the most unhealthy state in the nation. That too is the fault of Reeves and his conservative cronies that will not consider Medicaid expansion which would bring in billions in federal funds and improve health care for millions.
