Remembering that it took 2 months before Mississippi received a disaster declaration after Hurricane Zeta last year.

Radio station

During the worst part of Ida, we found ourselves with no power and tornado warnings blaring but not being able to find a radio station that could give us updates. We remember during Katrina sitting by the radio all day. Is there a station we can turn to in the next hurricane?

One casino

How can one casino stay open and put customers and their employees at risk when all the others have closed and there is a curfew in place? Why has gaming allowed this to take place? These employees should not have to risk their safety for a few dollars.

Eternal

Dear Gov. Reeves, I believe in God and life eternal. But I certainly would not jump off a cliff and expect God to save me. Nor would I grab someone else’s hand and pull them off the cliff with me. Doctors, nurses, and scientists are God’s instruments of healing. I for one will not ignore them.

Where’s Fofo?

So every mayor in South Mississippi is touting the COVID vaccine, right? As a Biloxi resident I’d like to know Fofo’s thoughts on that since I didn’t see his name on the list?

Not too much

It’s not unusual for me to drive, all by myself, from one stop to another with my two masks on if I’m not going far. Back off. The man knows what he’s doing.
