Piling on

The strategy is very clear for any free-thinking American who can stomach even 3 minutes of the left-leaning, anti-Trump, agenda-driven news media — everything is Trump’s fault! And their job is continue to pile on in hopes that the radical left will be triumphant in November. The radical left agenda is not good for our country!

Leader of the world

Our president never gets enough credit for his accomplishments. Thanks to his leadership, we have more coronavirus deaths than Germany, France, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Russia and Turkey combined. To those who downplay this pandemic by using flu statistics, I welcome a fact-check.

Why, why, why

Readers keep asking why questions: why people don’t wear masks; why no plan for schools re-opening; why is there an inadequate supply of PPE? Well, look at the leaders we have elected and vote with your best interests in mind, not with your fears.

Partial solution

Why are we continuing to ignore a partial solution to school safety? A lot of states and school districts don’t start until after Labor Day. Easy adjustment. Can still get the required days in for the year. It also gives us a little more time to assess where we are with the virus.

Mask tactics

I heard that if young people don’t start wearing masks that all of their social media accounts could be suspended.

Personal thanks

I would like to thank all of the people who refuse to wear masks. Thanks for letting us waste our time staying home and showing the world what a bunch of morons we are. You are completely responsible for the next inevitable lockdown. Some Asian countries have been wearing masks periodically for years, did you think it was a fashion statement?

Wake up and mask up

As I watched the 4 p.m. news program, a bar owner was interviewed to get his response to Gov. Tate’s order concerning bars. This gentlemen said that with the requirements his bar can have 25 patrons. This owner said “we all know each other so we feel safe.” Really? What happens when those 25 people blend back into Ocean Springs?
