Quarantine is when you restrict the movement of people to help prevent the spread of disease, tyranny is cruel and oppressive government, denial is a refusal to accept reality

Professionals

Someone should tell those 19-22 year old boys to practice their craft more instead of shooting at one another. Music executives want dedicated talent, not wannabe-been-out-of-high-school-too-long dreamers. Time to become professional men.

Government-inspected?

Can someone explain how farmers can be selling livestock directly to consumers? Doesn’t a government inspection have to take place?

All along

I am glad that businesses are disinfecting and keeping them clean. But shouldn’t we have been doing this all along? I am also glad that we no longer have self-serve buffets. I stopped going to them because of how people were handling the food.

Who is president?

As an independent thinker and voter, I always find it humorous to observe the hypocrisy in both the Democrats and Republicans. The Democrats cannot accept the fact that Trump is their duly elected president while the Republicans expect them to admire, honor and respect him. On the other hand, the Republicans have never admired, honored or respected Obama and act like Trump just came into office yesterday so everything bad that happens to this country is somehow Obama’s fault.

Politics

I just got back from a small shopping trip. I won’t name names but one was a big box store, and the other was a superstore. It was a real education because I realized, their vote counts, too!

Wolf at the door

Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya, professor of medicine at Stanford University and director of the largest COVID-19 anti-body test thus far, said lockdown policies are not a solution. He said as soon as lockdowns are lifted, the virus will re-emerge and there are no safe options. Folks, that’s the cold hard truth. In the interim, enormous destruction to societies and countries have occurred. We must go back to life, careful as individuals can be. But quit waiting for a magic moment when there is no wolf at the door.
