Must-see movie

“A Question of Faith” is a great movie. I wish it would be shown to all high-schoolers. It shows the reality of texting and driving. A lot of adults I know could benefit as well.

Proved it

Yes, I did it! I did not watch any pro football. Yes, I missed it but proving to myself and the NFL I do not need them. Priceless!

Lost cause

We are losing the America that we grew up with and the NFL is helping to make it happen.

After the performances of our big three college football teams this weekend, maybe they should try hitting the books. They may not be chosen to become one of the wealthy oppressed.

Who is responsible for emptying the trash can on the Harrison County foot of the Bay St. Louis bridge? It has been overflowing for weeks.

What to do

In reference to the protest going on in the NFL, for all of us who disagree with what is going on, everyone should boycott the games, stop watching them on TV and stop buying their sports paraphernalia. Stop playing the national anthem and bringing the flag on the field. What would they have then to protest? They say they are not protesting the flag. Well what would they have to protest if they are not protesting the flag?

Great family

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to my dad’s brother and sister in-law. We meet at their house once a week to play cards, and she always cooks us a wonderful dinner. And he is always willing to help my dad out around his house when needed. They are truly wonderful people and my dad and I are so grateful to have them in our lives. God bless you both.

Pay up!

It is way past time for law enforcement, tax collectors and others to crack down on people living in Mississippi who have children attending local schools and they have out-of-state tags on their expensive vehicles. Who do we turn them in to? Pay your taxes or move out.
