I would like to know where I can find a good smoked mullet sandwich here on the Coast? I have eaten them in Florida and enjoyed them.

Safety net

Good thing the “Go fund me” safety net is here or people wouldn’t know about responsibility, home insurance, medical insurance, saving money, applying yourself while in school, proper parenting and so on.

Great editorial

Great editorial this morning in the Sun Herald about teens and guns. Let’s just hope people are listening.

Good deed

Shout out to the man in Biloxi who exited his car to pull a manhole cover back over the drain during the rain on Aug. 4. On that gloomy morning, his selfless actions were a ray of sunshine.

Untrustworthy

How can you put any trust in a presidential poll taken by a group of people who hate the president? A better gauge would be the crowds that attend his rallies.

The way it works?

Hahahahaha! So everything bad during the Obama administration was Bush’s fault, and everything good during the Trump administration is because of Obama. That’s so rich.

What matters

As I have always stated, clear-thinking Americans should be much more concerned (and prayerful!) about the nuclear, chemical and biological threats to our country. The “threat” of global warming is not really that important in the scheme of things.

Great move

My hat is off to the new Moss Point mayor. Way to go, mayor King. Taking expensive cell phones away from workers who don’t need them is a great first step. I hope there will be many more under your administration and watchful eye.

Paint please

It would be nice if the “Biloxi powers that be” would paint the left turn, stop bar on the pavement at the Cedar Lake and Elizabeth Boulevard intersection.

Must-read

Excellent Sun Herald article by Walter Williams. Should be mandatory for every young person enrolled in or considering college. It is OK to follow your dreams, but first get an education related to a good-paying job. And not everyone needs an academic degree to be successful. We will always need hands-on and skilled technicians and “blue collar” folks.
