Republicans’ views driving majority to support Clinton

I've always liked Republicans and still do, but the Republicans are in a tough spot.

Their base, in revolt, has given them a candidate they can't live with and can't live without. That candidate, which the republican base chose, is completely without class and a slave to his own whimsical world view — a world view that shows little likelihood of being able to successfully accomplish the job of president.

The base that picked him now rallies around him as the criticism mounts. It seems unlikely that his base will be enough to pull off a victory in November. This week, he ejected the Washington Post from his campaign, which was a hit with his base, who already hate the mainstream media, but it was not such a hit with mainstream voters.

The electorate that chose Trump chose the one candidate out of 17 who talked “John Wayne” tough. He gave them enemies to hate and told them that they were smart.

Trump's base is thrilled today. They are going to be disappointed when their world view drives the majority into Hillary Clinton's arms.
