Who owns my home's airspace?

We live in a quiet West Biloxi neighborhood and often see signs posted about a missing dog, cat or the occasional bicycle, but signs have recently been posted about a missing drone -- yep, a missing drone.

The signs led to a few questions: What happens if we find a drone in our back yard? What do we do if we see one looking in our windows? Just who owns the airspace over my home?

And who do I call if a drone damages my property?
