Treat VA employees with respect

I have seen several items about health care provided to veterans at the Biloxi VA and have to enlighten with the other side of the story.

First off, I try to go out of my way and thank veterans for their service. Second, I am a veteran, but I do not use the VA health care because I have been fortunate enough to have health care benefits from employers.

I may not have seen eye to eye with my physicians, but I would never call them up and make derogatory comments with profanity; however, there are numerous instances of phone calls to VA employees that contain such unnecessary language. Veterans are entitled to their benefits, but they are not entitled to treat VA employees with such disrespect.
