Is this Trump at his best?

It’s sad to see President Donald Trump say it’s the best thing that the American Health Care Act did not pass. He is hoping for the negative outcome of Obamacare to blame someone other than him.

People getting hurt seems to mean nothing to him. The whole mess is right on him and the GOP because they had years to come up with a coordinated plan and they failed.
