The Salvation Army Cold Weather Shelter in Gulfport will be open Monday and Tuesday with lows dipping to 36 Monday night and 39 Tuesday night, according to the National Weather Service.
In the organization’s release it said it’s in “desperate need” of volunteers and supplies, including blankets, sheets and paper products like cups, plates and napkins.

Weather along the Coast is supposed to warm up starting Wednesday with temperatures fluctuating between the 60s and low 50s.
