Monday, Sep 30: Latest update on Tropical Depression Joyce from the National Hurricane Center

The National Hurricane Center's 5 am Monday advisory reported that Tropical Depression Joyce is 910 miles east-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 2 mph to the west. Joyce is expected to change into a remnant.
YESTERDAY (Sunday):
Yesterday, Joyce reached new lows of intensity and was downgraded from a tropical storm to a tropical depression.
