Category 2 Hurricane Franklin updates from the National Hurricane Center for Thursday, Aug 31

As per the National Hurricane Center's 5 am Thursday update, Category 2 Hurricane Franklin is 200 miles north-northeast of Bermuda, with maximum sustained wind of 100 mph. It’s moving 15 mph to the east-northeast.
"... the center of Franklin should continue moving away from Bermuda." forecasters noted. "Gradual weakening is forecast over the next few days."
YESTERDAY (Wednesday):
Yesterday, Franklin lost momentum and regressed from a Category 3 hurricane to a Category 2 hurricane, with winds of 110 miles per hour.
CHANGES WITH THIS ADVISORY:
The Meteorological Service of Bermuda has discontinued the Tropical Storm Warning for Bermuda.
HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND:
WIND: Tropical storm conditions have diminished over Bermuda.
SURF: Life-threatening surf and rip current conditions are affecting Bermuda and the east coast of the United States. These conditions are expected to continue during the next day or two.
