On Saturday at 5 am, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that Tropical Storm Franklin is 350 miles east-northeast of Grand Turk Island and 660 miles south of Bermuda, with maximum sustained wind of 65 mph. It’s moving 6 mph to the east-northeast.
