The National Hurricane Center issued the last advisory for the remnant system at 5 am Monday. The tropical storm Cindy has weakened into a remnant.

Remnants of Cindy are 375 miles north-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 40 mph. It’s moving 14 mph to the northwest.
