The tropical depression system lost strength Lisa was no longer forecasted to be a tropical depression and was downgraded to a remnant with sustained winds of 25 miles per hour, according to the National Hurricane Center. Remnants of Lisa are 155 miles north-northeast of Veracruz Mexico, with maximum sustained wind of 25 mph. It’s moving 5 mph to the north.

"The remnants are forecast to meander over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico this weekend." forecasters explained. "Continued weakening is expected during the next day or so."
