The Mississippi Gulf Coast has seen stronger storms, but Tropical Storm Cristobal left its mark with heavy rain and and storm surge on roads and U.S. 90 across the coastal counties.
While the storm surge appeared to be at its worst in Hancock County, Jackson County received the most rainfall with Pascagoula checking in 11.04 inches.
