Cristobal brought 11 inches of rain to Jackson County. Here are official Coast totals.

The Mississippi Gulf Coast has seen stronger storms, but Tropical Storm Cristobal left its mark with heavy rain and and storm surge on roads and U.S. 90 across the coastal counties.

While the storm surge appeared to be at its worst in Hancock County, Jackson County received the most rainfall with Pascagoula checking in 11.04 inches.

From wind speed to barometric pressure, here’s a look at the preliminary stats from Cristobal on the Coast according to the National Weather Service in Slidell, Louisiana.

Gulfport — 60 mph

Biloxi — 48 mph

Rain fall

Pascagoula — 11.04 inches

Mississippi Sandhill Crane Refuge in Gautier — 9.36 inches

Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi - 7.85 inches

Storm surge

Waveland — Approximately 5 feet

Pascagoula — Approximately 3 feet

Barometric pressure

Gulfport-Biloxi International — 29.40

Power outages

A total of 17,000 were without power. As of Monday morning, Mississippi Power had restored 11,000 customers total.

None reported

Displaced households

One household was displaced and one family reported to a shelter.

Beach closure

26 miles of the Harrison County sand beach has been closed for cleanup.
