Trump, Cruz coming to campaign in Mississippi

Candidates and their surrogates are descending on Mississippi in the days leading up to Tuesday's primary.

Republican John Kasich was in Jackson on Tuesday and former President Bill Clinton was headed to Jackson State University on Thursday.

State Sen. Chris McDaniel said Sen. Ted Cruz will be at Jones County Community College in Ellisville at noon on Monday. Cruz also will be at Mandeville, La., at 7:30 p.m. Friday at The Castine Center, 63350 Pelican Drive. Find out more or RSVP here.

And front-runner Donald Trump will be in New Orleans at 6 p.m. Friday at Landmark Aviation at Lakefront Airport. He will be in Madison at 7 p.m. Monday at the  Madison County School District - 1417 Highland Colony Parkway. Tickets for both can be obtained here.

Sen. Bernie Sanders isn't coming to Mississippi but Coast supporters will have a "Feel The Bern" Bonfire starting at 4 p.m. on the beach across from the Westside Community Center in Gulfport.

Sen. Marco Rubio will be campaigning in Kansas, Florida and Idaho.
