I-10 crashes on wet roads delay traffic near Long Beach exit

Crashes on westbound lanes of Interstate 10 are causing traffic delays, prompting state troopers to urge motorists to use “extreme caution” and to slow down.

Several crashes have occurred on wet, slick roads around mile-marker 29 near the Long Beach and Pass Christian exits.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol issued an alert about 10:40 a.m.
