Update: I-110 drawbridge malfunction fixed, traffic returning to full speed
The drawbridge malfunction that closed I-110 for about an hour Friday has been resolved.
At 1:13 p.m. MDOT reported the malfunction and urged drivers to avoid the area. MDOT indicated it could take up to 2 hours to fix the problem.
The city of Biloxi sent an alert indicating MDOT workers were on the way to the scene and that traffic is being diverted.
