ORIGINAL STORY

The Mississippi Department of Transportation is reporting that two problems on Interstate 10 westbound in Jackson County are causing ‘major’ delays.

At 6 p.m., MDOT reported a disabled vehicle at the Gautier-Vancleave Road exit (Exit 61) and congestion at the Mississippi 63 exit (Exit 69) have led to a significant backup.
