Department of Veteran Affairs Vet Center staff members will offer readjustment counseling services over the next month as part of the ongoing Vet Center outreach campaign.
The Mobile Vet Center outreach vehicle will be at the following Mississippi locations:
April 12: Wal-Mart, 11333 Highway 49, Gulfport
April 13: Wal-Mart, 1733 East Pass Road, Gulfport

April 14: Wal-Mart Supercenter, 3615 Sangani Blvd., D'Iberville
Each event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to all interested veterans and active duty military.
The outreach vehicle will also be in Mobile, Destin, Panama City Beach and Chatom, Ala., in April.
Active duty service members who served in a combat or war zone can now also get counseling at Vet Centers. The services include individual, group and family readjustment counseling; Post-traumatic Stress Disorder treatment and help with related problems; and military sexual trauma counseling for both genders.
Service members will be required to provide documentation by their third visit proving they have served in a combat or war zone.
