Billie "Ann" Caimi will be remembered for her cooking, kind heart and sharing her faith.
"I loved Momma's cooking," said daughter, Sue Johnston. "If someone said Momma's cooking, we were there."
Caimi was a 23-year resident of Waveland and liked to visit the Brass Anchor and Firedog. She loved music of all kinds and among her favorites were Sarah Vaughan and Loretta Lynn.
Caimi's most recognized trait was her generosity, according to Johnston. Her husband, Frank Caimi Jr., ran Frankie Kay Auto Sales, and after his death Caimi was known to allow people to work off what they owed her.
Caimi loved to talk about her faith. She was a Christian but did not belong to a particular denomination. She spent much of her time watching Shepherd's Chapel on television and studying her Bible.
