He was supposed to get a massage, but police said he pulled a gun instead

Ocean Springs police are looking for a man they say robbed a massage parlor at gunpoint.

Capt. William Jackson said an employee at Oasis Spa on Bienville Boulevard let a man into the business at 8:57 p.m. Sunday for a massage.

Once inside, Jackson said, the unidentified man displayed a semi-automatic handgun and demanded money from the employee.

The employee handed over cash, Jackson said, and the man left on foot headed east on U.S. 90.

The man is described as black, 6 feet tall, and wearing a black-and-white ball cap, a white T-shirt and brown pants.

Anyone with information regarding the crime is asked to call the Ocean Springs Police Department at 875-2211 or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-787-5898.
