Surveillance video shows two men entering Cricket Wireless on Bienville Boulevard on July 2 and leaving with boxes of merchandise.
Ocean Springs Capt. William Jackson said police officers arrived on the scene at 11:38 a.m. and found the rear door damaged. Jackson said the two men entered through the back door and took merchandise from from the display shelves and what appears to be a storage area.
The video provided to police by Cricket Wireless shows one of the men stacking boxes of merchandise, dropping several boxes and then stacking them again before taking the merchandise out of the business. The suspect, wearing a hat, made several trips through the office to the front of the store, leaving with what appears to be dozens of boxes. He is also seen grabbing a laptop computer from a desk in the office area.
The other man, wearing a bandana over his eyes, is seen running through the office to the display area and hurrying out with a box in his hands.
Jackson said the Ocean Springs Criminal Investigation Division needs the public’s help to identify the men. They are accused of commercial burglary, he said.
