She was hired as a housekeeper, but officials say she took more than a paycheck
Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson said a Gulfport woman has been arrested for taking a homeowner’s jewelry while she was working as a housekeeper.
Roxanna Renee Griffin, 29, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of grand larceny.
Peterson said Griffin had stolen several rings from a home where she was working. He said Griffin pawned the rings and they were later located at a South Mississippi pawn shop.
Griffin was taken to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Her bond was set at $10,000 by Judge Brad Ladner.
