BILOXI POLICE DEPARTMENT Police say this white Nissan Titan is sought in Saturday's hit-and-run in which two riders on a motorcycle were seriously injured.

BILOXI -- Police say they've determined a white Nissan Titan was the pickup involved in a hit-and-run that left a motorcycle driver and his passenger with serious injuries.

Surveillance pictures from a Biloxi business show the truck that struck the motorcycle is a white four-door Nissan, police Sgt. O'Neil Adams said. The truck probably was damaged on the driver's side, he said.

The collision was reported about 1:15 p.m. Saturday on Caillavet Street at Strawberry Street.

The motorcycle driver is improving, but remains hospitalized, Adams said. His passenger, a woman, has been released from a hospital.

Police have said the truck headed south on Caillavet after the crash.

The truck may be a four-wheel drive, Adams said.

Anyone with information about the truck or its driver is asked to call the Biloxi Police Department at 392-0641, or Crime Stoppers at 877-787-5898, or give a tip online at mscoastcrimestoppers.com.
