Street Outlaw, Buffalo Wild Wings raising funds for Cliff Allyn's family
"Street Outlaws" cast member Shane Lester will sign autographs from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at Buffalo Wild Wings, with proceeds going to the family of 16-year-old Cliff Allyn, allegedly killed last week in Vancleave.
The restaurant also will donate 20 percent of all food and non-alcoholic drink sales when customers mention they want to contribute to Allyn's family through a regular Wild Wings fundraiser, Eat Wings, Raise Funds.
Manager Ed Spaargaren said one of the restaurant's bartenders was Allyn's cousin. Spaargaren said Eat Wings, Raise Funds will run from 3 p.m. to midnight Wednesday.
A GoFundMe account to help with Allyn's funeral expenses had raised $7,655 by 2 p.m. Monday.
Allyn's family asks that guests wear red and white to the Wild Wings fund-raiser and to his funeral because he was a University of Alabama fan.
Visitation is from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home on Porter Avenue in Ocean Springs, with services to follow in the funeral home chapel.
