Sisters arrested in worker's comp fraud

Harrison County deputies have arrested two relatives in an ongoing case of worker's compensation fraud that occurred at a business on U.S. 49 in Gulfport.

Sheriff Troy Peterson said Detria L. Vogle, 39, of Biloxi, and Rachel C. Vogle, 26, of Gulfport, were arrested Monday. Rachel Vogle was apprehended after a warrant was issued for her arrest and Detria turned herself in after being contacted by phone.

They were wanted for a multi-count fraud indictment, Peterson said.

Both are being held without bond at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center pending an initial hearing.
