Two wounded in Gulfport shooting at apartment complex

A Thursday-morning shooting in Gulfport is under investigation.

Gulfport police Sgt. Damon McDaniel said two people were shot about 10:45 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 2800 block of 34th Avenue.

"Both were taken to area an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries," he said. "We think the shooting was domestic-related."

McDaniel said persons of interest are being questioned.
