One arrested in Biloxi vehicle theft
A man wanted in a vehicle theft in Biloxi was arrested Tuesday in Pascagoula.
Biloxi police Lt. Christopher De Back said Thomas Nickols Marshall, 26, was arrested about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of grand larceny after Judge Albert Fountain issued a warrant.
Marshall was taken to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Fountain set his bond at $5,000.
